Yes! We’d love to make your babies clean, tidy & looking fabulous on the day back home. Please advise our team around what time would you like to pick up your baby, and which grooming package would you like us to perform so we can arrange the services promptly. We will waive the top day boarding cost to avoid any double charge if you choose any grooming services on check out day.

No, we don’t charge any daycare fees for customers choose our grooming services. You can drop off and pick up your pet anytime between our daily operation hours. If you would like daycare and grooming services at the same day we will only charge for actual grooming fees occur.

Matts and knots are difficult to remove, bad matts could possiblely cause nicks, clipping rash or abrasion due to warts, moles or skin fold trapped in the mats. Side effects from matt removal may including itchiness, skin redness, irritations, abrasions and baldness. Matts left in a pet's coat will only grow tighter, and can strangle the pet's skin or eventually tear it up.

With Full Groom we use a clipper to shave the whole body to even length. The fluffy legs will cost extra. The longest length is 1cm for Dog Full Grooming and for 0.3cm for Cat Full Grooming. If you would like to have coat left longer than 1cm length for dog, you can choose Full Body Tidy or Style Cut. For Tidy Up packge, we include touch up trim on face, paws, tail and bottom. we will not trim hair over the body.

We provide VET service for our pet friends on Wednesday. If your babies need any vaccination, we can take them to VET hospital to have it. We also provide selected premium brands of parasite control products for dogs and cats with free reminder service if you purchase from us.
